Bookshelf tour - aka 'I own too many books'

I own way too many books :)

I think it's time for another bookshelf tour. Yes, I know, I've done it before, but I for one never tire of them, I love looking at other people's bookshelves, so I thought why not do another. I actually wanted to do it as a vlog, so I just spent a lot of time filming my bookshelves, but it didn't turn out so well, so I'm showcasing my shelves with lots of pictures instead. (Please ignore the dust you'll see in some of them, it's not easy to keep dark surfaces dustfree haha).

So, that's it. You can, obviously, only see the front row of my books on my shelves, there are, eehhm, lots of books behind the books you can see pictured..and I have boxes full of books under my bed, in my closet....and so on...

Contrary to what you see in the pictures I'm actually not a very girly girl. Not outside my bedroom. My friends are mostly guys, I watch sports, hate shoes and make-up and other girly stuff, and I don't have many girl-friends..Yep, contradictory that's me :)

Question # 2: What do you do with all your books?

I have quite a few books to arrive this week so this morning I stood in my room contemplating what to do with them, where to put them.  There's simply no space left!

I have six bookcases in my little room, of various sizes. I store books in four boxes under the bed, in one box under a bookcase and I have a small little room for storage, where I have lots of boxes and shelves with books.

So, this morning I had to clear out one shelf, believe me, it wasn't easy!
Now I'm wondering what do you with all your books? How do you manage to find a place for them?

Well, I got a bunch of new books lately and there simply was no space...so this early afternoon it looked like this

I got really frustrated and overwhelmed...but now it looks like this



I have at least three rows of books on every shelf..that will say, there are two rows behind the ones that you can see...and of course..these are only a few of all my shelves :)

Now, I'm going to curl up in my bed...accompanied by The Accidental IT-Girl (see my earlier post today)

Books

I brist på roliga, intressanta och spännande saker ( as if..haha) att skriva, så lägger jag ut lite bilder på mina böcker...blev en till beställning på 7 böcker idag...men nu får det vara enough! Behöver sponsorer tack! Det går bra med motionen. Blev en till promenix på 7km igår, trots regnet. Dessutom gick jag till/från bussen, till skolen (förbi ekonomikum, genom kyrkogården) och från skolan ner till busshållplatsen, genom staden. Men jag lyckas tyvärr inte äta nyttigt..nej, jag äter massor, fattar inte varför jag är så hungrig hela tiden...men jag hoppas att det åtminstone tar ut varandra så att min dubbelhaka inte får sällskap och blir en trippelhaka...
Föreläsningen igår var jobbig, jag fattade ingenting, men istället för att lyssna intently så satt jag och ritade...nu ska det bli "cleaning" av mina smycken..det vill säga putsa silvret..haha..sedan mera plugg...

Vad är ett dokument?

Måste verkligen komma på något smart, kreativt. Vi måste göra en hemsida om dokumentbegreppet, men jag har ingen tydlig bild över hur jag vill att det ska se ut, har börjat göra en liten mindmap, kanske jag kommer på den idén inatt, one can always hope :)

Börjar få lite för många Little Black Dress Books...

Jag har inte gjort så mycket idag, städat, diskat, varit i Västerås, köpt en mysig violett kofta, bakat mina favorit snacks med smördeg ost och salami, läst 1 bok, pluggat massor...nu ska jag gå och lägga mig snart..hoppas bara att grannarna bli något tystare snart :S...
Fick för övrigt veta idag att jag ser hemsk ut med min nya hårfärg..tack så mycket, precis det jag ville höra..aaargh!

Damm, Damn...

Helt otroligt hur dammigt det blir på 6 veckor..uschusch..jag har hållit på att städa i mitt rum i över två timmar nu..helt sjukt.

Kastade en hel del gamla värmeljus..det är ju sommar nu, så de behövs inte nu..och till vintern vill jag säkert köpa nya...

Insåg precis att jag bara har 20kr kvar på mitt konto..trist.

Jag har nu hittat plats åt alla böcker..men det tog ett tag...jag har fått ihop en hel del Little Black Dress books..

Again its raining, Again its raining against my window..it's soothing..it puts me to sleep when I should be awake....

Mina spindelbett har börjat göra ont, det är två stora röda märken och det gör ont. Det svider inte, det kliar inte, utan det gör ont. Tyvärr har jag inte fått några speciella krafter, jag har inte börjat se utan linser och jag har inte heller blivit stark och vältränad..och gå upp på husväggar har jag inte heller lyckats med än...eller göra några spindelnät..nej, mina spindelbett har inte gett mig något annat än smärta!
Jag borde sluta babbla här..vem orkar läsa så många inlägg??
Snart dags att göra lunch, jag hoppas att regnet slutar upp ett tag sen, så att jag kan få ihop några steg och lyssna på Eclipse.. har haft lite tråkigt (försöker göra allt annat än att skriva PM..) så jag har börjat ordna lite med mina böcker....
